Silver Owl and Star Necklace

Handmade necklace with a fine silver owl charm.
Three silver star charms positioned along the chain.
Owl shown with outstretched wings and feather detail.

Three little stars accompany an owl in flight along this silver necklace. Sue spreads the details across the chain, giving the design a different feel from a single central pendant. It is an engaging piece for someone who likes several small discoveries within one necklace.

THE HANDS BEHIND THE PIECE

The Magic of Fireflies and Dragonflies
Suffolk, UK

Sue Studd brings a teacher’s curiosity and an artist’s eye to silver clay. Working in Suffolk, she builds jewellery around the small details of the natural world: a dragonfly’s wings, a leaf’s branching veins, the outline of a shell. Her background spans painting, textiles and primary teaching; today, she makes fine silver jewellery and shares the craft through hands-on workshops.
