Silver Ammonite Fossil Necklace with Green CZ

Handmade fine silver ammonite-inspired pendant.
Coiled shell design with ridged detail.
Green cubic zirconia accent specified in the product title.

A coiled ammonite gives this necklace a subject drawn from natural history. Sue works the spiral and ridges in fine silver, creating a small fossil-inspired form with a green cubic zirconia accent. It is a lovely find for a shoreline explorer.

THE HANDS BEHIND THE PIECE

The Magic of Fireflies and Dragonflies
Suffolk, UK

Sue Studd brings a teacher’s curiosity and an artist’s eye to silver clay. Working in Suffolk, she builds jewellery around the small details of the natural world: a dragonfly’s wings, a leaf’s branching veins, the outline of a shell. Her background spans painting, textiles and primary teaching; today, she makes fine silver jewellery and shares the craft through hands-on workshops.
