MEET WENDY

A feeling for nature.
An eye for the individual.

Wendy’s route to the jeweller’s bench began with a change of direction. After a career in corporate marketing, she retrained as a jeweller, building a creative business around family life. Today, her garden workshop near Henley is the setting for personal commissions and conversations about the meaning a piece of jewellery can hold.

Her background in biology and art comes through in her approach to shape. Waves, worn stone and the irregular structures of the natural world suggest curves and textures, rather than neat symmetry. That sculptural language connects her bespoke work with the signature designs she returns to.

An award-winning goldsmith with more than twenty years’ experience, Wendy designs and handcrafts her jewellery herself, working closely with each customer.

Wendy works exclusively with recycled precious metals.

BESPOKE JEWELLERY & REMODELLING

Your story.
A new chapter in gold.

Much of Wendy’s work now centres on bespoke commissions, particularly reworking customers’ own gold and gemstones into her signature flowing, asymmetric designs.

Keep the connection. Change the piece.

Jewellery can be deeply loved without being worn. An inherited ring might feel unlike you; a treasured stone might be waiting for the right setting. Wendy explores how those familiar materials could become something that feels at home on your hand or around your neck.

You might commission an entirely new design, adapt one of her existing pieces or begin with jewellery you already own. The conversation starts with you: what matters about the original, what you enjoy wearing and what you would like the new piece to become.

03

Let the making begin

Once the design is agreed, Wendy crafts the finished piece in her Oxfordshire workshop. Materials, price and timing are discussed directly with her.

THE CHARACTER OF ROCK

Diamond Fissure Rift Ring

The cracks in Cornish slate become an open seam through white and yellow gold, with a diamond set into the frame. The Fissure design offers scope to explore texture and the use of your own stones.
