Silver Tree of Life Necklace

Fine silver Tree of Life pendant, handmade in the UK.
Openwork design with curling branches and roots.
Sterling silver snake chain included.

Branches and roots flow into one another in Sue’s openwork Tree of Life necklace. The spaces between the silver lines help define the tree, giving the pendant a light-looking silhouette with plenty of detail. It is a natural choice to mark a family connection or a personal turning point.

THE HANDS BEHIND THE PIECE

The Magic of Fireflies and Dragonflies
Suffolk, UK

Sue Studd brings a teacher’s curiosity and an artist’s eye to silver clay. Working in Suffolk, she builds jewellery around the small details of the natural world: a dragonfly’s wings, a leaf’s branching veins, the outline of a shell. Her background spans painting, textiles and primary teaching; today, she makes fine silver jewellery and shares the craft through hands-on workshops.
