Acorn approximately 20 × 10mm; leaf approximately 20 × 6mm, including bails.

Brass gives this acorn-and-leaf pairing the warm colour of an autumn woodland. A textured acorn cap sits beside a slightly curled oak leaf, with the darker silver chain setting off both shapes. The two charms bring different surfaces together: cast detail, an impressed leaf and a hand-formed nut.

She founded Curious Magpie Jewellery in 2015 and works from a garden studio in rural Leicestershire. For many of her woodland pieces, lost-wax casting carries the surface of a real natural find into metal, preserving the irregularities that first caught her eye.
